Aboriginal Bush Traders is a not-for-profit initiative, that assists with the development, retail and promotion of Indigenous products and services from around the Top End. We provide business support and training to Aboriginal businesses and people, empowering them to create self sustainable economic opportunities.
Aboriginal Bush Traders is Darwin’s Indigenous Tourism Hub. From special events to local tours, we’re here to help you find the Aboriginal cultural experience you’re looking for.
When you buy at our Aboriginal Bush Traders retail outlet, your spend directly benefits Indigenous businesses and communities.
From weavings, painting, prints, gift ideas and more; our Darwin City retail outlet showcases a range of products that reflect the talents of Aboriginal artists and entrepreneurs from across the Top End. Because we are a not-for-profit organisation, all proceeds go back into Aboriginal communities through:
- Training and development
- Marketing and promotion
- Providing business support and assistance
