Information

Everyone and anyone is welcome to attend the Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair. Attendance is free and there is a wide selection of art available for purchase that suits all budgets.

Venue

Looking to the city from the edge of the Arafura Sea, on Larrakia land, the Darwin Convention Centre is the iconic landmark of Australia’s tropical harbour city. Located at the at the newly developed Waterfront Precinct with seaside promenades, parklands, landscaped gardens, hotels and alfresco dining it makes for the perfect home for the Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair. Getting There and Parking

Walk

Take a stroll from the end of the Smith Street Mall in the city on the dedicated walkway linking the Darwin Waterfront Precinct to the Darwin CBD. Cross via a pedestrian bridge from the end of Smith Street over Kitchener Drive and take the glass sided lift down to the ground floor.

Bus

Take bus number 14 from the Darwin Bus Interchange down to the Waterfront.

Parking

A mix of free and paid parking is available at the Darwin Waterfront Precinct.

Off-street parking is available on Stokes Hill Road and behind the Darwin Convention Centre.

Undercover parking is available in the Darwin Convention Centre basement and in the multi-level car park along Kitchener Drive.
